OpenVDB 13.1.0 changes its shared-library SONAME:

libopenvdb.so.13.0 -> libopenvdb.so.13.1

OpenImageIO is a direct runtime consumer of the current OpenVDB
SONAME and therefore requires a rebuild.

This rebuild is part of:

Bug 2535782 - OpenVDB 13.1.0 SONAME transition tracker

Please rebuild OpenImageIO in the transition side tag after the
OpenVDB 13.1.0 build is available.

OpenImageIO must be rebuilt before usd because:

usd BuildRequires OpenImageIO-devel

It must also precede blender because:

blender BuildRequires OpenImageIO-devel

Reproducible: Always



Expected Results:
OpenImageIO builds successfully against OpenVDB 13.1.0.

The rebuilt package no longer requires:

libopenvdb.so.13.0()(64bit)

and instead uses the new OpenVDB SONAME.

OIIO is rebuilt and repo rebuild requested for rawhide.
