Source dependency analysis shows that manifold BuildRequires:

openvdb-devel

Although the currently shipped manifold binary packages are not
direct consumers of libopenvdb.so.13.0, manifold needs to be rebuilt
and tested against OpenVDB 13.1.0 to detect source/API compatibility
issues.

This rebuild is part of:

Bug 2535782 - OpenVDB 13.1.0 SONAME transition tracker

Please rebuild manifold in the transition side tag after the
OpenVDB 13.1.0 build is available.

This build must complete before blender because:

blender BuildRequires manifold-devel

Reproducible: Always

Actual Results:
manifold builds successfully and passes applicable tests against
OpenVDB 13.1.0.
