OpenVDB 13.1.0 changes its shared-library SONAME:

libopenvdb.so.13.0 -> libopenvdb.so.13.1

usd-libs directly links against the current OpenVDB SONAME and
therefore requires a rebuild.

This rebuild is part of:

Bug 2535782 - OpenVDB 13.1.0 SONAME transition tracker

usd also BuildRequires:

OpenImageIO-devel

Please therefore rebuild usd only after the updated builds of:

openvdb 13.1.0
OpenImageIO

are available in the transition side-tag buildroot.

This build must complete before blender because:

blender BuildRequires usd-devel

Reproducible: Always



Expected Results:
usd builds successfully against the updated OpenVDB/OpenImageIO
stack.

usd-libs no longer requires:

libopenvdb.so.13.0()(64bit)

and instead requires the new OpenVDB SONAME.
