OpenVDB 13.1.0 changes its shared-library SONAME:

libopenvdb.so.13.0 -> libopenvdb.so.13.1

blender directly links against the current OpenVDB library and
therefore requires a rebuild.

This rebuild is part of:

Bug 2535782 - OpenVDB 13.1.0 SONAME transition tracker

Source dependency analysis also shows that blender BuildRequires:

OpenImageIO-devel
usd-devel
manifold-devel

For this reason, blender should be rebuilt last in the coordinated
transition.

Please rebuild blender after successful side-tag builds of:

openvdb 13.1.0
OpenImageIO
manifold
usd

The luxcorerender and openvkl rebuilds do not form build-time
prerequisites for blender.

Expected Results:
blender builds successfully against the updated OpenVDB,
OpenImageIO, USD, and Manifold stack.

blender no longer requires:

libopenvdb.so.13.0()(64bit)

and instead requires the new OpenVDB SONAME.

Seems like the lastest rawhide build was never started so I went ahead and started it: https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=150853781

One issue is that the release # is < the f45 version.  But I suspect blender will need to get rebuilt in rawhide again at some point and so may eventually be higher.  That's one issue with merging commits down to lower releases I guess.

Yeah, it is annoying limitation when Rawhide failed due to an outside dependencies but F45 version succeeds. Thanks.
