perl-XML-LibXML-Devel-SetLineNumber-0.002-35.fc46 fails to build in Fedora 46 because tests fail like this:

This is triggered by upgrading perl-XML-LibXML from 1:2.0213-3.fc45 to 1:2.0213-4.fc46.

That perl-XML-LibXML changed from using libxml2_2.13-0:2.13.9-4.fc46.x86_64 to using libxml2-0:2.15.4-1.fc46.x86_64.

It actually seems the the new libxml2 (or the rebuilt Perl binding) reports line numbers correctly and the test do not expect it.

F45 will be affected after merging perl-XML-LibXML-2.0213-4.fc45.
