Description Marco Benatto 2026-09-29 21:45:55 UTC
Disclaimer: Community trackers are created by Red Hat Product Security team on a best effort basis. Package maintainers are required to ascertain if the flaw indeed affects their package, before starting the update process.

The DTLS retransmission logic does not correctly handle a handshake message write that is suspended part-way through.
The retransmitted message can be read past the message buffer and the retransmission overwrites the internal state the suspended write needs to resume correctly.

Closing CVE bug as not relevant to the mozjs package, and there is sadly no option to opt out from these reports :( .
