Because the alignment of the last partition boundary is wrong, repart can't correctly resize the disk on first boot.

This causes repart to fail on Fedora images for ARM devices.

Proposed as a Freeze Exception for 45-final by Fedora user ngompa using the blocker tracking app because:

 This fixes systemd-repart usage in Fedora ARM disk images due to implicitly incorrect alignment for the end of the GPT disk.
