perl-LDAP-0.68-18.fc46 fails a test in Fedora 46:

This issue is in regression in openldap package.

This is regression defined in issue: https://bugs.openldap.org/show_bug.cgi?id=10590

I tested the perl-LDAP against openldap-servers with applied fix from PR and it's ok.

upstream is going to release openldap 2.6.16 today.

So, we need to update. There is failing F44 (https://koschei.fedoraproject.org//package/perl-LDAP?collection=f44)
