A flaw was found in ImageMagick. When a PostScript renderer is enabled, a remote attacker can supply a specially crafted Magick Vector Graphics (MVG) file to inject code into the rendering process. Exploitation of this flaw may lead to arbitrary code execution or a denial of service on the host system.

Description OSIDB Bzimport 2026-10-12 16:54:11 UTC
ImageMagick before 6.9.13-57 and 7.x before 7.1.2-32 contains a code injection vulnerability in the MVG decoder when a PostScript renderer is used. Attackers can supply a crafted MVG file that, when decoded, injects code into the PostScript rendering path.
