What processor stepping and what firmware level are you using? That crash location looks suspiciously like what happens when you run on B0 processors. We (Red Hat) should really fix this before the next release. I've confirmed that the problem is, in fact, on B0 processors. Did I miss some documentation about this? Also, BIOS version core is 71. I have not experienced this problem on B3 processors. Hm, no, we might not have mentioned it. But we should have. B0 processors aren't supported. (In essence, B0 processors have some of the same issues that are in A-stepping processors, so they're running afoul of the fact that A-step workarounds are no longer enabled in the compiler...) b |
