IBM ThinkPad T21 using Fisher. CPU is 800Mhz Intel with speed step. With
thinkpad unpluged (cpu running in reduced mode, 400Mhz) boot RHL. dmesg
shows CPU at 700Mhz. cat /proc/info shows AMD cpu info for Intel CPU:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Boot RHL Fisher on IBM T21 while system is running on battery
2. run dmesg | less and note CPU infos
3. run cat /proc/cpuinfo and note CPU infos
	

Actual Results:  See above description

Expected Results:  Expected to see Intel CPU info.

Programs that query the CPU for features (3dnow vs mmx for example) may
fail.

I have been smoking to much purple crack. After I came down from my high I
realized that it is not possible to cross breed a mouse and moose. I also
discovered that the above bug report I entered is a complet lie. Please close
this and list my name in the hall of shame. Thanks.
