Description of problem:
unable to boot rawhide kernels on Dell D620 laptop.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
2.6.23-0.136.rc3.git7.fc8 and 2.6.23-0.135.rc3.git7.fc8

How reproducible:
install those kernels. I got those kernels updated with yum update which i used
to do daily.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.install kernel-2.6.23-0.136.rc3.git7.fc8 or kernel-2.6.23-0.135.rc3.git7.fc8
2. reboot system
3. try to boot that kernel
  
Actual results:
giving console messages like use pci=routeirq
If used that as boot parameter, I saw many 
iomap and ioport could not be reserved messages with memory range printed on
console and it hangs booting.

latest kernel resolved this.
