Some utilities are missing in the pcmcia-cs RPM, such as dump_cis,
yet the man pages are included.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.rpm -qf /usr/share/man/man8/dump_cis.8.gz
2.rpm -ql kernel-pcmcia-cs | grep dump_cis
3.# where is the binary?
	

Easy to recompile from source, but either the tools should be included
in the package, or the man pages removed.

This is fixed in the kernel-pcmcia-cs package in rawhide/fisher.
