When downloading a kernel, up2date does not update /boot/etc/aboot.conf
causing future boots to fail.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install fresh RH 7.0 Alpha
2. Run up2date to fetch kernel 2.2.17-14
3. cat /boot/etc/aboot.conf

kernel upgrades via up2date are not currently supported. That is why the
kernels are in the exclude list.
