Description Alexei Podtelezhnikov 2001-02-14 20:48:32 UTC
Is there any particular, very strong reason not to run sndconfig during
installation? Xconfigurator (or anaconda for that matter) does it. People
like it. Why sound configuration does not immidiately follow video
configuration?

sndconfig is good enough to be included in installation.

The userspace PnP probe hangs some systems.
