Description of problem:
When s-c-language asks me whether I will install the new language, I press the
button of "OK", then s-c-language does nothing. In fact it doesn't install the
packages of the new language.

It happens in the text mode of s-c-language.

I fixed this bug in system-config-language-1.2.9-1.fc8.
