Reported to Intel We (Red Hat) should really try to resolve this before next release. Intel reports fixed in the driver version that we included in our source base on 2/16, should be in our next beta kernel. That's great!Tell Keio people. I asked them to send us lspci output.Here is the report from Keio University. I also asked them to confirm the bug with the lastest public beta Wolverine. -- 1. lspci failed with the error "Segmentation fault" 2. cat /proc/bus/pci/devices also failed with error "Segmentation fault" 3. cat /proc/pci output is attached In RH7J + kernel 2.4.1, output of cat /proc/bus/pci/devices is also attached. --- cat /proc/bus/pci/devices (Fisher) --- 0000 11660009 0 00000000 00000000 00000000 00000000 00000000 00000000 00000000 00000000 00000000 00000000 00000000 00000000 00000000 00000000 0001 11660009 0 00000000 00000000 00000000 00000000 00000000 00000000 00000000 00000000 00000000 00000000 00000000 00000000 00000000 00000000 0118 900500cf 1c 00002101 effff004 00000000 00000000 00000000 00000000 00000000 00000100 00001000 00000000 00000000 00000000 00000000 00020000 0119 900500cf 1d 00002201 efffe004 00000000 00000000 00000000 00000000 00000000 00000100 00001000 00000000 00000000 00000000 00000000 00020000 0128 101401bd 14 efffc008 00000000 00000000 00000000 00000000 00000000 00000000 00002000 00000000 00000000 00000000 00000000 00000000 00008000 0130 1014002e 16 00002301 efe00000 00000000 00000000 00000000 00000000 00000000 00000100 00100000 00000000 00000000 00000000 00000000 00008000 0138 90050010 18 00002401 efffb004 00000000 00000000 00000000 00000000 00000000 00000100 00001000 00000000 00000000 00000000 00000000 00020000 0008 53338a22 0 feSegmentation fault --------------------- --- cat /proc/bus/pci/devices (RH7J + kernel2.4.1) --- 0000 11660009 0 00000000 00000000 00000000 00000000 0000 0000 00000000 00000000 00000000 00000000 00000000 00000000 0 0000000 00000000 00000000 0001 11660009 0 00000000 00000000 00000000 00000000 0000 0000 00000000 00000000 00000000 00000000 00000000 00000000 0 0000000 00000000 00000000 0118 900500cf 1c 00002101 effff004 00000000 00000000 0000 0000 00000000 00000000 00000100 00001000 00000000 00000000 0 0000000 00000000 00020000 0119 900500cf 1d 00002201 efffe004 00000000 00000000 0000 0000 00000000 00000000 00000100 00001000 00000000 00000000 0 0000000 00000000 00020000 0128 101401bd 14 efffc008 00000000 00000000 00000000 0000 0000 00000000 00000000 00002000 00000000 00000000 00000000 0 0000000 00000000 00008000 0130 1014002e 16 00002301 efe00000 00000000 00000000 0000 0000 00000000 00000000 00000100 00100000 00000000 00000000 0 0000000 00000000 00008000 0138 90050010 18 00002401 efffb004 00000000 00000000 0000 0000 00000000 00000000 00000100 00001000 00000000 00000000 0 0000000 00000000 00020000 0008 53338a22 0 feb80000 f0000008 00000000 00000000 0000 0000 00000000 00000000 00080000 08000000 00000000 00000000 0 0000000 00000000 00010000 0010 10222000 1b 00002001 feb7fc00 00000000 00000000 0000 0000 00000000 00000000 00000020 00000020 00000000 00000000 0 0000000 00000000 00100000 pcnet32 0048 80861000 10 feb40000 00000000 00000000 00000000 0000 0000 00000000 00000000 00020000 00000000 00000000 00000000 0 0000000 00000000 00000000 0050 80861000 12 feb20000 00000000 00000000 00000000 0000 0000 00000000 00000000 00020000 00000000 00000000 00000000 0 0000000 00000000 00000000 0078 11660200 0 00000000 00000000 00000000 00000000 0000 0000 00000000 00000000 00000000 00000000 00000000 00000000 0 0000000 00000000 00000000 0079 11660211 0 00000000 00000000 00000000 00000000 0000 0841 00000000 00000000 00000000 00000000 00000000 00000000 0 0000010 00000000 00000000 007a 11660220 9 ff700000 00000000 00000000 00000000 0000 0000 00000000 00000000 00001000 00000000 00000000 00000000 0 0000000 00000000 00000000 ------------------------ --- cat /proc/pci (Fisher) ---- PCI devices found: Bus 0, device 0, function 0: Host bridge: ServerWorks CNB20LE (rev 5).
