Description of problem:
feedparser module can't handle certain feeds that doesn't have an encoding
declaration gracefully.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
python-feedparser-4.1-3.fc7

How reproducible:
with certain feeds everytime.

this is fixed in upstream svn

I'll wait for an upstream release, unless there's a high demand for this patch.
