click on 'edit' button for billing information.

You change the billing address and proceed.

You are returned to 


Now showing both shipping and billing address changed.

Click on 'edit' button for shipping information

You enter the proper shipping address and proceed.

You are again returned to 


unfortunately it shows the address that was changed previously.  That is
the billing address that was entered before.

You then click on the 'edit' button on the shipping address, and what you
are then shown is the shipping address you tried to change to before. 
Unfortunately when you again click on the 'continue' button, this address
does not show when you return to:


Makes it kind of hard to place an order with much confidence
