Description of problem:
For the user-level impact see the Bug 284311.

If one signals the inferior during PTRACE_CONT and the inferior's handler is
using SA_RESETHAND then the signal will be delivered to the default handler (the
 installed one gets ignored).

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
kernel-2.6.18-48.el5.x86_64

Steps to Reproduce:
1. gcc -o sa-resethand-on-cont-signal sa-resethand-on-cont-signal.c -Wall -ggdb2

Actual results:
FAIL

Expected results:
PASS

Confirmed the failure is reproduced in rhts with the 1017.0 tree

Already fixed in the original Fedora Bug 284311.

This request was evaluated by Red Hat Product Management for inclusion in a Red
Hat Enterprise Linux maintenance release.  Product Management has requested
further review of this request by Red Hat Engineering, for potential
inclusion in a Red Hat Enterprise Linux Update release for currently deployed
products.  This request is not yet committed for inclusion in an Update
release.

Confirmed sa-resethand-on-cont-signal now passes when using the -75.el5 kernel
