Description Santtu Pajukanta 2007-09-28 21:21:07 UTC
The Bugzilla relevant to Fedora bugs is non-trivial to reach from the Fedora
Project web site. The intuitive URLs under fedoraproject.org one might first
try to reach the Bugzilla lead nowhere, and the fedoraproject.org web site
main page does not contain a link to the Bugzilla (even though one can be
found at the Communicate page). This might turn down potential bug reporters.

Proposed Fix:

1. Add a redirect from "bugs.fedoraproject.org"
and "bugzilla.fedoraproject.org" to "bugzilla.redhat.com"
2. Add a prominent "Bugs" link to the fedoraproject.org main page pointing
to "bugzilla.redhat.com". A good place for this might be the "Tools"
navigation section.

Thanks for bringing this up - we've had some discussion about the difficulty of submitting bugs recently, and these are some good suggestions for improving that. I'm moving this issue to a ticket in the fedora-infrastructure trac (https://fedorahosted.org/fedora-infrastructure/ticket/1582).
