Description of problem:
Hardware certification for alcatel ATCA Malban

Actual results:
All tests  passed but eth0.
To test eth0 an additional module is required. 
The eth0 device is accessible behind an embedded switch which is is not pass
through by default. The additionnal module is just used to allow switch pass
through.

Expected results:
Board certified excepted eth0

I'm going to go ahead and close these, as they should be opened using the
hardware catalog (hardware.redhat.com) instead.  I'm also pulling the additional
confidential groups which shouldn't be associated.

Please also note that x86_64 and x86 results should exist with-in the same
certification.
