Sorry, above should read, "first half are off and the second half are on" instead of the reverse. logic in the fencing configuration seems to reflect the new behavior, changing state to verified. An advisory has been issued which should help the problem described in this bug report. This report is therefore being closed with a resolution of ERRATA.
