Description of problem:

system-config-soundcard ships two norwegian bokmål translations. no.po is
obsolete and should be removed.

Retargeting this as a tracker for all packages that ship obsolete translations.

Unfortunately s-c-s was removed from F9 and it's not going to be developed.
Closing as wontfix.
