Description Matthew Kirkwood 2001-03-27 16:30:31 UTC
After booting from the PCMCIA boot disk, I was asked to insert a PCMCIA
driver disk. There was no indication that this was optional ("Cancel" is a
particularly sacry word to see from an OS installer) and the drivers were
available on the CD.

When I "Cancel"led it, the CD was mounted and all was well.

I suggest that it looks for a mountable CD before demanding a driver disk.

I understand that I didn't really need the PCMCIA boot disk, but as a
non-doc-reading person among many, this could be better handled.
