Description of problem:
The URL is hyperlinked incorrectly, takes you to  the default documentation URI, even when the  localized installation guide is available.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to http://www.redhat.com/docs/manuals/enterprise/
2. Select Marathi in the Drop down language menu.
3. Doesnt take
