Description of problem:
You can join manually to a Wireless Network with WEP Keys in ASCII using the
Connect to other wireless networks menu, but if you try just clicking in the
Network name, you type the password, but the connect button is disabled

It happens from 
[root@leela ltsp]# rpm -q NetworkManager

[root@leela ltsp]# rpm -q wpa_supplicant

Reporter says (on IRC) that it doesn't work in 3014 or 3016; he's unable to test
3020 due to bug 353091.
