Description Matthew Barnes 2007-10-30 19:26:53 UTC
evolution-data-server is being rebased for RHEL 5.2 (see bug #318631), so we'll
need to rebuild control-center against the newer e-d-s libraries at some point.

Comment 1 RHEL Program Management 2007-10-30 19:34:31 UTC
This request was evaluated by Red Hat Product Management for inclusion in a Red
Hat Enterprise Linux maintenance release. Product Management has requested
further review of this request by Red Hat Engineering, for potential
inclusion in a Red Hat Enterprise Linux Update release for currently deployed
products. This request is not yet committed for inclusion in an Update
release.

Comment 2 Bastien Nocera 2007-10-31 00:14:35 UTC
If it only needs a rebuild, gets my vote.

Comment 3 Matthew Barnes 2007-11-13 19:43:12 UTC
Product Management wasn't too keen on rebuilding a bunch of desktop packages
that weren't on the Approved Component List, so I found a way to preserve the
old ABI in libedataserver.so. This was the only library that changed since
e-d-s 1.8.0.

Devel NACK'ing since a rebuild is no longer necessary.

Comment 4 RHEL Program Management 2007-11-13 19:52:55 UTC
