Description of problem:
While installing/updating at least NetworkManager-openvpn and
NetworkManager-vpnc RPMs following output is printed:

  Updating  : NetworkManager-openvpn       ####################### [13/64] 
Cache file created successfully.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
0.7.0-2.svn3047.fc8

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install or update the mentioned RPMs
2. See how output is generated
  
Actual results:
Output printed.

Expected results:
No output.

Additional info:
I believe any output is prohibited by RPM packaging guidelines so I am reporting
this issue.

should be fixed already; gtk-update-icon-cache is now called with --quiet
