Description of problem:
Eject CD and leave the tray out.
Right click on CD drive in nautilus.

The eject option is available.
It should not be available and should be disabled.

Trying to eject an already ejected CD gives this error dialog:
Unable to mount media.
There is probably no media in the drive.

No s*** Sherlock.
