The clients package has some components that aren't
linked against libcrypt.

The one's I know about are libecpg and libpgtcl but there
may be others.

This prevents the pgaccess client program from running.
The problem can't be worked around.

Is it also possible to include the ODBC library into the
package? This would allow use with ApplixWare's ODBC
connectivity.
