I'm seeing the same bug here: F7, all updates, pirut-1.3.23-1.fc7.noarch

If I try to search for a package in the search top or if I click in the list
tab, the exception is thrown. This effectively stops Pirut from working at all
(so please someone change the severity). I could not check if it affects Pup also. 

I'm attaching the exception thrown in my system (removing some of the cruft).
The problem (in both cases), seems to be related to translated messages. It may
be necessary to change the locale to something other than en_US to trigger it.

Please, can someone change the summary also, to something like: Exception thrown
in package list with translated messages.
