Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install or Upgrade (from Redhat 6.2)
2.Disk #1 (ok), then
3.Disk #2 (problem)
	

Actual Results:  reboot the machine

What are the steps required to reproduce this bug?

Is that the complete debug error message?  Usually there's more to it.

Ok, I'm almost certain that you have a bad cd.  The installer isn't finding
files on the cd that *have* to be there (like the /usr/bin/passwd
command)...this is almost always a bad cd or a bad download.  Please try again
and reopen this bug if the problem persists.
