Description of Problem:
Got offered the "Starter Bundle" (sku: 52, item: BU1059) as "something I
might like" when placing an order in the /cgi-bin/store . . .admin tool
shows this as only an internal store item, so why is it getting offered in
the external store?

How Reproducible:
After purchasing enough items, it will appear


Steps to Reproduce:
1. log into http://bmantest.meridian.redhat.com/cgi-bin/store
2. place item in cart
3. start buying all of the recommended items
4. eventually the Starter Bundle will show up

Actual Results:


Expected Results:
No internal store only items should show up in the external store.

Added code to cross-sale function that does a lookup to see if item is 
configured to be listed in external store. If it's not, it's removed from the 
cross-sale list.
