Hm... the old story again about the -filters subpackage. Rex what do you think about this. Should we split up the filter subpackage even more? Because I would not feel good about removing the require on koffice-filters as it would just workaround this but if you really want to use krita you probably need the import/export filter... Hmm... offhand I'd say we ought to both 1. remove the hard Requires: koffice-filters. Strictly speaking it's not a hard requirement, only a nice thing to have. (or am I wrong here?) and 2. further split the filters to avoid/minimize cross dependencies. Make sense? Andreas? what do you think? In the meantime, I'm starting to work on pkg'ing koffice2, will likely hit same/similar issue. (fwiw, retargetting f8) I'll take a closer look. koffice-1.6.3-16.fc9 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 9. http://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/koffice-1.6.3-16.fc9 koffice-1.6.3-16.fc8 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 8. http://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/koffice-1.6.3-16.fc8 koffice-1.6.3-16.fc8 has been pushed to the Fedora 8 testing repository.
