Description of problem:

When you start anaconda with "debug", dialog that allows you to save the
exception log does not work.

anaconda-11.4.0.3-1 with with partedUtils.py fix.

Fixed both the exception dialog traceback and the underlying one you're seeing
here.  These will be fixed in the next build of anaconda.
