I am the author of bug 359 and the person assigned to it
suggested that if the problem persisted that I re-open the
bug.  I cannot see how that would be done.

New code is in place that should give you a "Reopen bug" option now
when you pull up your bug number.  It will appear under the
"Additional Comments:" box.
