Description of Problem:
I'm trying to run Red-Carpet on a RH 6.2 box with Ximian Gnome 1.4 and I get the following error: error: free list corrupt (1197960) - please run "rpm --rebuilddb".  I try to run the command but I get the same error and I am asked to run the rpm --rebuilddb command again.

The attachment appears dead on arrival. Can you add a pointer, or mail
the tar ball to jbj? Thanks ...

Your problem is fixed in rpm-4.0.3-0.38. I'll have a copy built for 6.2 and
available
on ftp.rpm.org in the next day or so.
