Description of problem:
You apparently forgot to include a scrollbar on the "File Labeling" screen in
system-config-selinux.py.  All the other screens have scrollbars, though "File
Labeling" it is more critical.

policycoreutils-gui - 2.0.32-2.fc8.x86_64

How reproducible:
Select File Labeling

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start program
2. Sekect File Labeling

Actual results:
No scrollbar

Expected results:
scrollbar

Fixed in policycoreutils-2.0.34-7.fc8
