Description of problem:
ext3 is possible not been patch in in kernel-source

Steps to Reproduce:
1. make clean mrproper dep xconfig dep

Actual Results:  ext3 is no avialvbe in xconfig menu

Expected Results:  ext3 as an option in xconfig

Additional info:

I would be nice if you include a ext3 faq, and possible XFS in rawhide
kernel.

EXT3 has not been fully ported to 2.4 kernels yet.
People are working on it and once it gets usuably we'll surely include it in
rawhide kernels.

XFS is a different story, it's MUCH more complex and impacts the kernel a lot,
and has implications that once we include it, we cannot remove it again as
you wouldn't be able to read your data anymore.
