Description of problem:
LANG=ko_KR.UTF-8, save a file -> error dialog
LANG=ja_JP.UTF-8, firefox start -> error dialog, firefox doesn't start

1. $LANG=ko_KR.UTF-8 firefox
2. connect a site.
3. ctrl + s

should be fixed in firefox-3.0-0.beta2.6.fc9.
