Description of problem:
systemsettings in kdebase-workspace-4.0.0 don't have a module for wallpaper 
configuration

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
kdebase-workspace-4.0.0-1

How reproducible:
ever

Steps to Reproduce:
1. start systemsettings
2. go to module "appearance"
  
Actual results:
no module for configuring the wallpaper is listed

Expected results:
a module for configuring the wallpaper should be listed

This has been fixed upstream AFAIK

Can we backport the fix? The F9 alpha freeze is coming near.

Right clicking the desktop works (for me).
