By default, klogd doesn't check kernel symbol sanity, so can munge kernel oops data

In /etc/rc.d/init.d/syslog, klogd is run without the `-x' option, so uses System.map to translate kernel oops output.  Hosever, it does not check that System.map matches /proc/ksyms, so this data can be spurious.  It should either run with `-x' by default, or should check that System.map matches /proc/ksyms.  Or so the kernel hackers tell me.

klogd by default in 7.1 runs with the -2 option, to preserve one copy for
ksymoops.
