Description of problem:
There is no way in text mode to create volume groups and logical volumes. The
LVM Button is missing.

How reproducible:
linux text
...
create pv
... no way to create vg and lv
( other that is than using dmsetup on virtual console )

Expected results:
Use of lvm button to create vgs and lvs

There's just no room in text mode to have the same level of detailed partition
configuration that is possible in the graphical installer.  This unfortunately
means that some things (like LVM) simply cannot be added without major work
that'll make the screen extremely cumbersome to use.
