How reproducible:
Always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start openoffice Calc (spreadsheet)
2. Enter some data in columns
3. Select the date
4. Insert -> Chart -> Pie -> Finish
5. Select the newly created chart
6. Select the legend
7. Try to resize the legend


Actual Results:
The legend does not resize

Expected Results:
The legend should be resizeable

Additional info:
The following alternative does also not work:
1. Select the newly created chart
2. Select the legend
3. Click on the legend with the right mouse button
4. Choose position and size
5. Change the width of the size

See http://qa.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=28670 unfortunately its a
known deficiency. Not specific to us but a generic OOo problem
