Description of problem:
Language has very low Translation in application. only few menu or buttons are in
local language

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
gedit-2.20.4-1.fc9

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. run the application from terminal
2. LANG=as_IN.UTF-8 gedit
3.
  
Actual results:
most of menus are in English

Expected results:
should be in local langauge

package has good Translation status (all menu/most dialog) with following pacakge:
gedit-2.22.3-1.fc9
