Going ahead and cloning this for z-stream. I think we need to consider this for
it as well...

This request was evaluated by Red Hat Product Management for inclusion in a Red
Hat Enterprise Linux maintenance release.  Product Management has requested
further review of this request by Red Hat Engineering, for potential
inclusion in a Red Hat Enterprise Linux Update release for currently deployed
products.  This request is not yet committed for inclusion in an Update
release.

This bug has been copied from bug #429755 and has been proposed
to be backported to 5.1 z-stream (EUS).

A patch for this issue has been included in build 2.6.18-53.1.14.el5.
