Additional info:
The agg-2.4.tar.gz included in the rhel srpm doesn't have the same md5sum as the
one available at http://www.antigrain.com/download/index.html.

As soon as I replace the tarball in the srpm and rebuild agg, mapserver 5 builds
without error.

agg itself released 2.4 and then some weeks later silently replaced the 2.4
tarballs on their site with the new ones with different content. i.e. we didn't
ship with a different 2.4 than agg provided, they changed the content of the
"2.4" release themselves :-(

Use the official support channels if you wish to get this raised for a future
RHEL update.
