Description Tuomo Soini 2008-02-10 09:26:37 UTC
Description of problem:

default gdm theme is missing machine hostname. This is quite bad in enterprise
environments where KVM is used for machine console access. Currently you can't
know which machine you have to log in without c-a-f1 and checking machine name
from text console.

It's very important to know which machine to you are logging into.

support representative to set the next rhel-x.y flag to "?".

Comment 6 Tuomo Soini 2010-04-03 07:22:48 UTC
This isn't that bad issue to fix. And now you already did update redhat-artwork package on 5.5 without fixing this.
