Description of problem:
openib-srptools does not obsolete the old srptools package. As a result, up2date
can not resolve dependencies to update the system -- srptools requires the
obsoleted by openib kernel-ib package

openib-srptools-0.0.6-7 (possibly earlier)


How reproducible:
100% of the time


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start out with a redhat enterprise 4 system with kernel-ib and srptools installed
2. Run up2date
3. up2date fails to resolve dependencies
  
Actual results:
up2date fails to resolve dependencies
kernel-ib (obsoleted by openib) is required by srptools


Expected results:
srptools is obsoleted by openib-srptools and updates
kernel-ib is obsoleted by openib and updates
